Woolworths Online - nor delivering correct order

Woolworths Online - not delivering correct order. Placed and order online (Woolworths) - Delivery came very late accompanied by a rude delivery man. I quickly realised from the boxes that it is not the correct order. It was send back with the delivery man. Tried many many times to contact Woolworths Online, they do not answer any calls, have not responded to many emails to them. Made contact via Facebook and Twitter, just promises the Woolworths will contact me. Nothing happens. So disrespectful towards their customers.

I paid online for stuff, never got it. Now it is a battle to get a full refund back to my bank account. Once Woolworths have you money DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!
