Woolworths Online Most Unreliable Service

I placed an online order last Friday 18/11/2016 with Woolworths Online, as per my order confirmation the item was to be delivered to my home address on the 21/11/2016 between 10 - 1pm. Which was specified as per the reserved time slot. My mum was home at this time to collect it. However when I got home at 5 my mum advised that item had not been delivered. Since it has not arrived by 1 she then went on to wait for the delivery, to the extent of cancelling her own plans. I called Woolworths online and spoke with Pinky, she did try to locate the item but after 3 calls I told her that the order could be cancelled as i required the item for 22/11/2016. I was told not to worry and the order would be cancelled and the item would not be delivered and all charges reversed. At approximately 2pm on the 22/11/2016, my mum called me at work to tell me it was delivered. I was completely irratated as Pinky had asssured me that the order was cancelled. Once more I called Woolworths online and spoke with Phelakazi who advised that the delivery company would collect the item today the 23/11/2016 between 10-1pm from my home. Only to receive a call from another consultant today who advised that the item would not be collected today but tomorrow. Also the changes to my store card would only be reversed tomorrow once they had the item. Now another wasted day for my mum waiting for the delivery company to collect an item where the order was cancelled. The consultant did advise that they would collect tomorrow but could not confirm a time. While awaiting confirmation regarding the refund I was put onhold and the service consultant cutt me off !!!!! After waiting an hour she didn't even call back to confirm the refund or the collection time. This was the absolute last straw. The service is so unreliable. Online shoppers are asked to reseve time slots which we have to pay for, but the delivery service doesn't stick to it and the online service has a don't care attitude. If they really cared the first consultant that dealt with query would have ensured that the order was cancelled and never delivered in the first place. This puts me and my mum at a loss of our time not to mention the numerous calls I have made to resolve this. Who will compensate us for this!!!!!! Clearly Woolworths thinks we as consumers have time to waste waiting for their delivery service. I will definately not be using the online service again! Woolworths needs a wake up call. People use the online service to avoid the hassel of going in store , to save time!
