If you didn't choose a substitute they just substitute for you. It's very rare to get one that will send a message at the beginning of shopping. Now you just see that they're shopping and get a surprise after. That is so upsetting honestly when the retail has placed measures for the shopper to be able to communicate with the client but they just choose not to.
