Woolworths Online Issues

I have tried on numerous occasions to log into my Woolworths online account created a few years ago. Every time I have to recreate the account online and then the site says sending OPT which never happens. So I have never been able to use the user unfriendly Woolworths App. Plus they have not updated my personal info on their system even though I have informed them many times about my phone number change during the past 10 years!!!
