Woolworths online is trash

I bought groceries online for delivery on 1 July, the first bad experience was the late delivery and then I was given a list of items that could not be delivered because they were out of stoc**** Why would you allow me to buy items on your site when you know you don’t have them in stock. I bought most of the items there in packs so that I can receive those discounts but woolworths decided to separate them and only deliver 1 item on each and that means I don’t qualify for the discounts that they had shown on their websites. Secondly, the oranges the fruit and veggies that they delivered were not as fresh as compared to what they have in store, I’ve never been this disappointed!!! They also don’t even bother to communicate with their customers, I had to make several follow ups to get the refund for the items that they did not have in stock. In future if you see that you don’t have all the things that you’ve advertised as buy 4 for R*** please don’t deliver any at all because you’re robbing us and not selling what you’ve advertised.
