Woolworths online is *******! o***

Woolworths online is the worst! Ordered on the 6 of July food items and non food items. I was only informed on the day that I will only recieve food items,and that I must go collect because they will not deliver. Mind you this was not advised to me when I was doing the order. I got an email that delivery for the other item would be on the 13th, today is the 16th and there has been no communication no delivery only money coming our of my account.
