A few months after opening my woolworths account and creating an online profile, my online my profile all of a sudden did not display my account information anymore.<br> <br> Since 2015 I've been trying to get Woolworths to help me restore my card to my profile so that I can actually access my statements and see my account balance however they refuse to offer any assistance, I've spoken to the call centre, I've sent emails, I've logged complaints on the website, every goes unanswered.<br> <br> Woolworths service in this regard has been absolutely pathetic.
