Woolworths online is disgusting

I bought milk online on the peek of the week. They canceled my order and now I am after them for my refund. Pathetic staff. I've been calling them and been shoved from pillar to post. Their customer service staff is way over rude and pathetic.

How can a big retail like them be so damn pathetic when it comes to customer care! Pathetic more!
