WOOLWORTHS ONLINE IS A ****

Made a purchase 14Feb and upon realising i choose standard delivery instead of Dash . I had to cancel and place another order . Both transactions went of my account even after their email said " we do not charge you for any items you do not receive " ... A day after the orders . They corrected the second order and amended the fee due to some items out off stock but they still didn't refund me money from the cancelled order. 3 days later i call and i am told theres nothing they can do . I must just wait 21-30 days for the money because am using Capitec and thats how long it takes however whem i call my bank am told they are the ones who must release the funds back or issue an authorisation letter which their consultants said they don't have and they don't issue . Now its 7 days of checking and hoping i get my money back . I feel ****med coz had i wanted to save money i would have used the right institutions . Not be choke holded by an organisation i trusted with my money and groceries . Nxn 🚮
