Woolworths online is a disgrace

What absolutely pathetic service i received from Woolworths online, paid for next day delivery on my products, still to this day no one was able to provide feedback on why my order was not delivered, and worst of all when you request a refund not one of the customer service consultants get back to you, its been 3 weeks that i have waited for a refund or just some feedback from someone, when i ask to speak to a manager or supervisor i get told that they are not available, so i say ill wait on the line and they put me through to the selection page to redirect my call. Woolworths this is absolutely pathetic service
