Woolworths Online is a ****!

My order came with a missing item and Woolworths doesn't want to refund nor exchange the item. This order was a pain to just get delivered and they still giving me a run around.

We always order at online and this is the first time and the last time i use their online services. I will take the item to the store as their customer agent Milani from the head office suggested, leave my details, and if they want to **** my money, they're more than welcome cause they clearly don't want to help!
