WOOLWORTHS ONLINE HELP DESK GO THE EXTRA MILE

I was unable to purchase the dress I wanted from the stores in Johannesburg due to the size being unavailable. I was told Woolies online had stock. I had a problem getting online and phoned their help desk on Saturday 29th late afternoon. The gentleman on the other side was exceptionally helpful. He went the extra mile and phoned a store who had the required size and booked it for me as the online didn't have that size either. I was so impressed. Thank you to him.
