Woolworths Online has the worst service EVER!!!

I ordered a perfume online and woolworths online delivered the wrong product, on the receipt ot says i can go to any woolworths store to exchange the goods, needless to say i have been to 4 different woolworths store and each one keeps telling me a different atory as to how to go about returning the product that i didnt order and i have called the call centre so many times i am tired of their music that you listen to as you hold on for no less than 10minutes each time you call and when they do eventually answer they dont even offer to call you back. So now i am stuck with something that i didnt order but they have deducted the money. Nobody from the call centre calls me back as they "promise" to do. I really want nothing to do with woolies anymore and will be sure to tell all my friends and family about this horrible service because i dont want even my enemy to experience such.
