WOOLWORTHS ONLINE HAS NO STOCK ,do not trust

o*** , The first rule of selling online is trust , if you cannot back your service with trust you will lose all credibility in the lucrative online business , the reason i spent thousands on takelot and bid or buy is trust and great service and compensation/acknowledgement when they do make a error , i have ordered for the first time on your site ,gifts for mothers and fathers day , the gift for my mom is out of stock , your staff seem clueless when this will be in stock ,even when i told them i can wait a reasonable time . I have just canceled my full order R1000.00 plus with you . I am hoping you will improve ,and it will take a customer service to get me back .
