Woolworths online fails to deliver

My online order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. When it didn't arrive I checked my order online and found that the order status was \pending". I emailed Woolworths Online and a day later got a reply to say that an email had been sent to the store (V&A Waterfront). The next day I called Customer Services and was told that they too would follow up with the store and call me back. I haven't heard back and my order hasn't arrived. What now? I thought Woolworths was reliable. Was I wrong?"""
