Woolworths Online Fail

Very unpleasant experience ive had with woolworths online, orders goodies two months ago, havent received it however woolworths has deducted the money from my account, reached out to them on numerous occassions however nobody knows what happened when i speak to a consultant and they promise to get back to me , but never do, all i want at this point is my refund for the undelivered goods and i will never buy from them online again
