Woolworths online fail

Woolworths aims at quality products and service and I use to believe that until I came accross their online shopping. And to their credit they did do a survey to ask feedback on their online shopping and I gladly completed it but yet Im sitting with the same problems I had a few months ago. Its frustrating! Im sticking to Zando their online shopping experience is way better. Eventhough woolworths is having a online quality sale and I wanted to buy stuff the slow and none responsive website (does not respond when you select ) will put anyone off
