Woolworths Online Shopping.

I have placed 2 food orders. After each delivery, I have emailed them with queries regarding items that were out of stock and whether I will be refunded. They never responded to those queries. I only got s survey email a few weeks later on 'how was our service?

I placed a clothing order and it was delivered last week - without the most expensive item - a jacket that I paid R699 for and it was not marked as out of stock on the invoice. Therefore this amount will be deducted from my credit card. That is outright theft.

I cannot get through on the helpline number and no one has responded to my email queries. This is pathetic service and I want the jacket I paid for.
