Woolworths Online Disappoints

We waited 3 hours for a food delivery from Woolworths Online in Cape Town , only to find out that it was abandoned! The order was expected to arrive between 4pm and 5pm and we were notified after 5pm that they did not have stock of everything. The App would not allow us to track our order until 6pm and when we were able to do so, it had already been abandoned. We are left hungry, hoping that our refund will be paid within 7 days! Shocking lack of service Woolworths! Why even offer a service that you cannot fulfill?
