Woolworths online disappoints

On 9th March I ordered and paid for a black Large Planter Stand via the Woolworths online store. My order was duly confirmed by email and a delivery date set. On March 14th Woolies delivered my order. However, when I opened the package it was an incorrect delivery - instead of the black planter stand I was given a gold drinks trolley. I immediately contacted Woolworths via email to point out the error. On March 15th Woolworths responded to my email acknowledging receipt of my email and on March 16th a follow up email with details for collection and a tracking number. Then they called me. My first issue is they asked me to logon to some system to track the collection as "you must be at home!" So now I'm being asked to be inconvenience for their error. Secondly, they asked me to "repackage the item for return". I pointed out that it was impossible to use the same packaging and tape and I would not be going out to purchase packaging for an error on their side. They conceded and said fine. Needless to say when the very nice Fedex driver arrived he was surprised that it wasn't packed and was reluctant to accept it. After I explained it all to him he took the item. Then nothing. Nothing at all from Woolworths. Dead silence. No refund, no update. I contacted them again this week and was told "We're still working on it. We can confirm we're out of stock of the product your ordered and we are working on your refund." Why did I have to contact Woolworths for this update? Why did they sell me a product that was clearly out of stock? As of today I still have not received a further follow-up or any sign of my refund. I am starting to think they have no intention of refunding me.
