Woolworths Online delivery times can't even be used as a guideline!

I have been making use of your online store for approximately a year now. Your products are known for it's quality. Unfortunately the product that I order is very often not available, and as of late, you never deliver in the chosen time slot. I chose the specific time slot as I have arranged with someone to receive the item ordered, but you guys just never stick to the time slot. It's as if you just do not care about customer service at all. I am honestly very disappointed in the service I have received of late!

I order flowers once a month for a friend, so I can understand that the specific bouquet chosen is not available, but it has been happening very often now that it's not available. It's supposed to be a surprise for the lady I am ordering them for, but with your erratic delivery times I now need to let her know, as she is not always at the office, and when she is there, it may only be for a certain duration of time.

At least Netflorist delivers within the chosen delivery time!
