Woolworths online delivery sucks!
I ordered some items online and it has been over a week and I had not heard a thing to collect so when I logged in and checked online, it said I could collect anytime between 9 and 5 on Wednesday 31 July. I drove to the Store (not close to me) to collect, only to be told it had not arrived yet. They seemed unconcerned that I had wasted my time coming in and also were not willing to call and find out where the parcel was, they said I need to call but never gave an details.
