Woolworths Online delivery service is inferior!

It is a matter of surprise that Woolworths is so unresponsive to complaints. I find Woolworths online shopping astonishingly inferior and their delivery system is abysmal. I am sure that their customers would benefit is they would investigate the systems used by the likes of Takealot, Superbalist etc. Woolworths - you can do so much better!
