Woolworths online delivery pathetic service

I am a new customer to Woolworths and I have to say, the online delivery service is pathetic to say the least. I was charged for two deliveries that I did not receive and was not even informed that my orders were unable to be delivered. I had to call customer service who proceeded to make me hold for 20 minutes at a time with still no proper feedback. After a third attempt at ordering, the order was delivered with an item short but I was charged for it. This is not the kind of service I would expect from one of S.A's so called top exclusive retailers!
