Woolworths Online Deliveries- extremely poor

Hi

I am utterly disgusted with the delivery from Woolworths online. I received my delivery 2 hours late today and yesterday it was 4 hours late. So much for selecting a time slot convenient for me. I spent atleast 3 hours of my time contacting the call centre between 11&12/01/2021

This is what was noted from my delivery

1. Eggs were broken and leaked in the packet 2. Frozen chips were defrosted 3. Frozen Pancakes were defrosted and packaging opened 4. Chicken fillets, their marked price is lower than your SALE price 5 Crumbed chicken fillets, their marked price is lower than your SALE price 6. Ice cream was completely defrosted

My recommendation is that you should not use this poor service
