Woolworths online deliveries.

I ordered clothes online. It was scheduled to be delivered on 2 February 2024. I got the sms that it would be delivered on that date. Nothing arrived. I phoned customer service and they told me that it might be delivered on Monday. I need these goods urgently!!!!! Very unhelpful people at customer service. When I track it it says "Delayed missorted"?????
