Like all others i purchased online and received the incorrect order. i am now made to stand in super long queues to return the item. why have an online portal if customers still need to queue? As always, i doubt the team will respond. None of the staff at the online department could assist me and basically said i have no choice but to stand and queue. #TAKEDOWNWOOLWORTHSONLINE
