Woolworths online customer service is bad

I recently purchased clothes online the order didn't come when I call the customer service team the order was canceled and they were suppose to refund me even today they haven't it's almost a month now and I do call every now and then without help even today I called a lady said she will call me back but nothing I'm very disappointed
