Woolworths Online - Be careful! Very careful

Ordered a significant list of groceries on the Woolworths Online app

Order was scheduled to arrive 3 days later which was pretty lame but understandable.

It did not arrive. Then spent an hour on the phone to HO in Cape Town - 3 calls.

Eventually I was told to expect the order on 22 April. The order was placed on 28 March.

My credit card has been debited for this purchase and I have to find the cash to repurchase these groceries.

Woolworths are nothing short of disgraceful - taking orders they cannot deliver for a month is shocking and cruel.

I now wonder how long and stressful it will be trying to get a refund.
