Woolworths online

A family member ordered and paid for over R2000 worth of food items online to be delivered to my house on 16 April 2021. To date, nothing has been delivered, even though woolworths promised to deliver when we call and email daily. I went as far a going into a store yesterday and the staff there said they cannot assist as they don't deal with online shopping and I must just keep calling. Still... After weeks of calling and emailing and promises of delivery from woolworths, still no delivery, but the goods have been paid for in full! This is rather pathetic and I cant believe this is the kind of service woolworths provides!
