Woolworths online bad service

I've received a gift card from a friend, tried to purchase with it but the purchase failed because the money wasnt enough. Its been 2 weeks with the issue being promised to be resolved but nothing has been done. On the 1st week the customer care consultants will pretend not to hear me or will put the phone down on me, and i complained with the names i was able to remember but nothing was done about it.
