Woolworths Online appalling service

Absolutely appalling customer service!! Item (school shoes) not delivered as per the date promised. Apparently the driver 'ran out of time' one day and they just got forgotten after that! I keep getting told they'll deliver and still I wait.

I tried several calls to call centre, an email to call centre (sent Friday 28th) totally ignored/not even a response to acknowledge it, Facebook messages....and still no one can assist.

We use Woolies Dash on a Regular basis (brilliant service) and I actually cannot believe I am dealing with the same company based on this shocking customer service from Woolworths online.
