Woolworths online and app are not user friendly, overcharged and non delivery

Numerous attempts have been made to have my WRewards and MySchoolCard linked to my online profile. I am not able to add my cards nor link them to my profile. Customer Service agents no matter how many times I provide the numbers do not add and link the cards. I keep being told to do it online. Ridiculous not to be able to find anyone who knows how to assist. The app is even worse and the online ordering does not work. Items don't get delivered and I was over charged by more than R700.00. Do not use Woolworths online or app.
