Woolworths online 😡

Woolworths should seriously consider closing down their online section!!! Their service for such a “high standing and high quality” company is absolutely shocking! I placed an order 10 days ago on the app and was given confirmation on payment that I’d receive it 5 days later.

I was never given a tracking link, a confirmation or anything pertaining to the status of the delivery. And 10days later I haven’t received anything!!! I have called and I have emailed and haven’t heard anything at all - even after several promises of an update.

I feel so ****med BY WOOLWORTHS- Woolworths who make themselves out to be this amazing company!!!
