Woolworths on-line shopping experience not a quality experience

Woolworths and better quality have been synonyms. In the past. Unfortunately their on-line shopping is lacking far behind other websites and shops. Firstly I can understand that during a pandemic there could be problems, but surely if one has to order at least 3 weeks in advance to receive a delivery spot, it should be allowed to make changes to your order on-line. The only way to do that at this stage is to phone in the day before to add 5 items. This call never takes shorter than 30 minutes and it is so inefficient. Half the time the person at the call centre does not convey your changes to the store or the store ignores it. I understand that the overload of online demands can be problematic now, but surely you can organise the website and deliveries better. I live in a security estate and Woollies sometimes does 2 deliveries a day in the same estate. Why don't you have specific times for delivery for specific areas and why don't you make the woollies website more user-friendly in order to allow minor changes? You are busy shooting yourself in the foot. Checkers is in our area, up-to-date and deliveries within a couple of hours. Yes they only have a maximum of 30 items, but with their app one can track the driver etc. I have had so many bad experiences with Woollies on-line delivery....wrong items, items out of stock, driver arriving a couple of hours late etc....and even delivering other people's grocery shopping instead of mine!
