Woolworths On Line Purchase

My son placed an order on line on the 21st of March after paying he was told the item is out of stock. We are battling to get a refund we've been calling with no help, no one is willing to assist. The refund amount is R194.99 on a serious note how long can it take to refund such a small amount. Today when we call again we are told it will take 21 working days, this is really unfair because he's been complaining since March. Can some please contact him so that he can get his refund urgently ORDER NUMBER ***. Am hoping for a positive feedback by tomorrow.
