Woolworths Olympus Village unwillingness to provide customer service

I purchased groceries at Woolworths Olympus Village on the 14 July,and I lost the receipt. I went to Woolworths Olympus on 26 July and requested Lebohang to reprint the receipt as I need to use it to claim. At first she did not seem keen on helping. I provided her with the purchase date, my bank transaction for the purchase and the Woolworths card. She came back 5 minutes later and told me that the store is unable to print the receipt. I really need the receipt urgently.
