Woolworths now now Cavendish

The quality of the items I received was horrible from Woolworths now now delivery. (Claremont, Cavendish branch on 8 April 2025).

I ordered two Tiramisu Lattes, both of which had an unpleasant, off-putting taste and contained large, unidentifiable pieces that made the drinks difficult to consume.

Additionally, despite ordering the Grande size, the quantity in each cup was noticeably less than expected—more comparable to a small.

I also ordered a Chicken Chilli Sandwich, which unfortunately tasted stale and was inedible, to the point that I had to discard it.

Regardless of bringing up these concerns to their branch/customer complaints. The branch manager called me, and said that it cannot be true as they double check everything before sending it out of their kitchen.

Their failure to accept responsibility for their food quality is despicable and the staff definitely need to work on better customer service as well.
