Woolworths NOW NOW Cape Town - worst service

I placed an order at Woolworths NOW NOW Cape Town on 07 August 2019 and waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. After an hour of waiting, I called the store and only then did they say that the driver had left. I then waited another hour for them to deliver. When it was eventually delivered, the food was cold and I did not get to eat because my lunch was over. this has been the absolute worst service from Woolworths that I have ever experienced.
