WOOLWORTHS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

If I could give a no star I would. The online shopping experience with Woolworths has detoriated like most services nowadays in South Africa. It is appealing that my online order has not been picked yet for 2 simple clothing items One items now says out of stock and yet it was in stock when I ordered it. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOOLWORTHS. HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE please cos your service is terrible to say the least. Can someone sort out my online order ASAP.
