Woolworths - not willing to assist me to settle debt

last year I was offered a 50% settlement from the debt collector who called me on behalf of woolworths. i agreed and requested it to be emailed to me. to date nothing is received and the interests and fees are piling up. does woolworths not want me to settle my debt? dont get DALY to call me - so so so useless
