Woolworths not paying back your refund money!

How the hell Woolworths!! You return a item, get refunded back on to your card, get told it will take 24 to 48 hours. More than 48 hours you query this just to get told your query has been logged and will be contacted in 5 working days. Because your staff is not doing their work I have to wait another 5 days for my money???
