Woolworths not paying back refund

I ordered via woolies dash on the 4th of March 2024,there's was unfortunate miscommunication between myself and the driver and he took the groceries back to the store .I called the call center and I was promised a refund ..I have not received my refund till to date .Please assist with immediate effect ..My order number O***..
