WOOLWORTHS - Not Offering any settlements to their Clients !!

I have requested a settlement balance on my Woolworths Storecard and have been informed that Woolworths does not offer any settlements? What kind of service is this? A client who would like to settle his account, been told that he cannot get an offier?? Also a Credit listing was done without been contacted by Woolworths in having the matter resolved. This is very bad service I experienced and not even an email / call from Woolworths in order to have this matter resolved.
