Woolworths not keeping their promises

Friday I played the play and win game through wrewards. I won a giftcard and a voucher. The voucher has been loaded on my profile but I haven't received the gift card yet. They say I would get an sms within 72 hours. Well 72 hours have come and gone. The contact number I've given them is correct and the congratulations email showed the correct number. Did they just decide not to send it?
