Woolworths not here to help during the lockdown.

Called Woolworths Financial Services about assistance with my account during the lockdown. - Was told by an automated message that because of the lockdown nobody could take my call and I should email. I emailed and the automated reply came back basically saying not to expect a reply anytime soon because of COVID-19.
