30 Aug 2021, 14:06 Woolworths not fulfilling online order ! I ordered 2 wines and 2x Savlon 750ml via the online portal.

When I received the order they substituted my 750ml Savlon with 500ml Dettol which is not fair.

I wanted 1.5l of antiseptic liquid, not 1l. The only option I was given at Cornubia Woolies was to buy the additional 500ml Dettol or get a refund.

To me that doesn't sound like a Woolies resolution! I've shopped at Woolies for yeaaaaaars and this is disappointing. The replacement product should be like-for-like and I should not be short changed. I placed my order on 21/08 and collected on 25/08 and as per the website the stock was available.
