Woolworths NOT as great as they pretend

Woolworths Financial services is a nightmare. For months I was a good paying customer (the agent agreed) but life happened and an unfortunate circumstances made me be hospitalized. Woolworths (without prior feedback) decides to block my account and now I am being told that I wont be able to use my card anymore. The reason I contacted them was to explain and correct my account. Please assist your good customers in future to correct their balances and dont blacklist them within 2 months. I know you are running a business but communicate!
