Woolworths NOT "All That" when it comes to customer service

On June 13, 2024, I submitted an application for a store card and was subsequently approved. However, despite the fact that it has been six weeks since my application was approved, I have yet to receive my card. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the call center, but I have been repeatedly transferred between departments without receiving any assistance. Where to from here Woolworths? This service is really bad, man.
