Woolworths not able to fix my credit card

Despite numerous hours on the phone, numerous emails, and numerous promises to fix my problem, I still cannot access my Black Credit Card transactions, either in the app or through the ABSA website. I was informed numerous times that there is a problem with my credit card profile setup, and that someone technical in Woolworths/ABSA needs to fix it, and despite being assured this will happen, more than once, I still cannot access my credit card transaction information. This level of service is utterly appalling.
